You want to implement circular value creation. In a natural way, so that the products and processes are good for people and the environment. We combine Cradle to Cradle thinking & Economy for the Common Good with other circular economy concepts. Our focus is to help you find the application possibilities in your environment.
Therefore, the trainings not only include different approaches to the Circular Economy, but also ways on how to implement them. You bring along your challenge. Based on strategies for circularity, we identify possible business models for your area. We look at the general conditions, the choice of partners, your own ability to cooperate and find a project portfolio. In addition, we look at the implementation with project and change management approaches.

Project Management Trainings
Basics of project management
You have employees who work on different projects, who are to take over responsibility as project or sub-project managers or have already done so. They already know the challenges of project management – now they want to know how projects can be run successfully and which aspects need to be considered in particular:
- What are the special features of projects – and why is the human factor so crucial in the project business?
- How do I design my “system” project so that all participants are appropriately involved?
- What are the differences to daily business?
- How do I design the organization?
- How much planning do I need and how do I plan correctly?
- How do I lead the project team and how do we communicate best?
- How do I keep progress under control and delegate tasks?
- How do I involve the decision makers in the course of the project?
- What do I have to do for a good project conclusion?
Advanced training in project management – leading in projects
You understand how projects work, but in practice you often encounter problems in dealing with project participants. Whether you are a decision-maker, sub-project manager or specialist – you would like to expand your personal toolbox in order to better deal with this type of challenge and gain confidence. In the training we focus on your challenges and make sure that you can exchange ideas with your colleagues and develop strategies together to improve your projects.these trainings are much more specific. We coordinate with you in advance. From our broad knowledge, we prepare the points that are important for you and put together a 1-2 day training course, with which your project managers can take the next step. During the training we are flexible enough to include points that come up in the discussion – and to prioritize the content with the participants in such a way that this is a real training for the participants. This is because the participants’ needs are at the forefront here – the trainer’s knowledge is applied specifically to them.
Overarching structures for projects – multi-project management and portfolio management
You will learn how to coordinate efficiently with other participants and which tasks are the success factors in planning, monitoring and controlling the project.
You work in many projects and would like to agree on some basic standards together with your colleagues. And at the same time ensure that you focus on the essential aspects for your own project business. We achieve this through targeted preparation of a training course in which all aspects of project management are worked out together, so that we address all important aspects in the training, exchange experiences, learn about best practices and collect impulses for the design of structures that make sense for your daily work. A common basic understanding with concrete ideas for implementation in practice is created. If necessary, we apply the ideas to your own projects in an exemplary manner.
Method based trainings, optionally with official certification
project management based on PRINCE2®
PRINCE2, the world’s most widely certified project management method, provides a common understanding of how to proceed in projects and helps everyone involved. The framework for how this can be set up for different levels of project management in the company. From the client through the steering committee to the project manager and the people responsible for individual work packages – for each of these roles, it is described how and when to involve them in the project. PRINCE2 offers a consistent model for project management – focused on the benefits and thus the sustainability of the implementation.
ProSense can offer certification in PRINCE2 through officially accredited trainers, both the PRINCE2 Foundation and the PRINCE2 Practitioner. Based on our extensive experience in the application, we tailor the training to your needs so that you can achieve your goals – ideally, you will have trained trainers who are familiar with the system.
Agile project management based on PRINCE2 Agile® and Scrum
The methods for agile product and software development have also developed into approaches for project management. Deliverable results are delivered in short cycles. Self-organizing development teams also need a framework to achieve success. How agile projects are set up, designed and executed, which roles are required for this, this is made clear in the trainings for the two common methods, PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum. PRINCE2 Agile enables project management based on PRINCE2 to work on agile projects, while Scrum focuses on driving product development forward.
Based on your requirements, we will find out which of the two methods is better for your environment. We offer you training courses for the basic understanding of how Scrum works, if desired to become a Professional Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master.
Success factors for your training
When is a training successful? This is a question we ask our participants again and again, and often the answers are related to the training content (“when I get the certificate at the end”, “when the trainer can explain the practical relevance using examples”, …). These are quality requirements for the knowledge transfer that we implement.
However, training is more than knowledge transfer for us: The participants will only achieve sustainable success if they themselves have already had their first experiences of application during the training. Then the content does not remain abstract and theoretical, but it is recognised that a change in one’s own behaviour and approach makes sense and makes work easier. And only when those involved in the project have understood why the individual activities in project management make sense, is there a chance that they will be applied in the hectic of daily business.
From the company’s point of view, the investment is most worthwhile when the content learned can already be put into practice in the first week after the training. We always keep this goal in mind in our training courses. If you see the training as an investment in people, so that they can approach their tasks in the company with greater confidence and a better overall understanding, we will work together to find a suitable approach for achieving your goals.
Therefore, we build our trainings on Kolb’s approach of experience-based learning, which takes into account the special requirements of adult learning. And we see each training course as a project that is focused on the benefits.
